Borrow Money: Wolf Processing provides a digital platform that connects users with independent third-party lenders ("Lenders"). We are not a lender, do not extend credit, and do not make lending decisions. Instead, LOAN WOLF MORTGAGE PROCESSING, LLC facilitates the submission of loan inquiries and may present offers from participating Lenders based on the information you provide.

We do not guarantee loan approval, loan amounts, interest rates, or repayment schedules. Any financing arrangement is strictly between you and the chosen Lender.

1.1 Loan Terms

Lenders accessible through the App may offer loans with Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) ranging from 6.99% to 35.99%. Actual terms depend on factors such as your credit history, income, and other criteria determined solely by the Lender.

1.2 Repayment Terms

Repayment periods generally range from 3 to 24 months. Your exact repayment schedule and loan terms will be provided by the applicable Lender.

2. Eligibility

To use Borrow Money: Wolf Processing, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Reside within the United States
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility standards.

3. Account Registration and Security

Some features of the App may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

4. Loan Offers and Third-Party Lenders

LOAN WOLF MORTGAGE PROCESSING, LLC is not a party to any loan contract. We do not endorse or guarantee any Lender's products or services. Before accepting a loan, you are responsible for reviewing all associated terms and conditions.

5. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting a loan request does not ensure that you will receive an offer or be approved for a loan. Approval decisions rest solely with the Lenders.

6. Fees and Charges

LOAN WOLF MORTGAGE PROCESSING, LLC does not charge fees for using the App or submitting loan requests. However, individual Lenders may impose their own fees and charges, including but not limited to:

• Origination fees
• Late payment fees
• Non-sufficient funds (NSF) fees
• Applicable interest charges

It is your responsibility to review and agree to any fees associated with a loan offer before acceptance.

7. User Conduct

By using Borrow Money: Wolf Processing, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App
• Access or attempt to access data not intended for you
• Attempt to circumvent or compromise App security measures

8. Privacy

Your use of Borrow Money: Wolf Processing is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. By using the App, you consent to those practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or entirely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOAN WOLF MORTGAGE PROCESSING, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App or interactions with Lenders.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOAN WOLF MORTGAGE PROCESSING, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting within the App. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
